Generate an API Key

An API key is required for every request sent to Adaptive Shield's API. Generate an API key in your user settings page. Your user scope and permissions are consistent throughout the platform.

  1. In the Adaptive Shield dashboard, click on your avatar in the top right corner, and click Settings.

  2. Under the API tab, click + Generate new key, and set a key name.

  3. Click Create.

Configure the Integration

After generating the API key, you must configure an integration instance in Seemplicity.

  1. In Seemplicity, navigate to the Settings -> Data Sources page.

  2. Search for Adaptive Shield and click Integrate.

  3. Define the following and click Save.
